StitchMap（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 利用許諾
開発者は利用者に対し、本アプリを利用者自身の端末で私的に利用する、譲渡不能かつ非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製、逆コンパイル、改変、再配布、販売は禁止します。
2. 図案データの取り扱いと著作権
本アプリは、利用者が正当に入手した図案PDFを読み込み、進捗を管理するための道具です。読み込む図案の著作権は、それぞれの図案の権利者に帰属します。
- 利用者は、自らが購入または正当な権利に基づいて入手した図案のみを読み込むものとします。
- 本アプリを通じて図案データを第三者に配布することはできません。
- 図案の権利関係について開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
3. 無料トライアル
本アプリは、初回起動から7日間の無料トライアル期間を提供します。これは本アプリが端末内で管理する独自のトライアルであり、App Store の introductory offer ではありません。トライアル期間中に課金は発生せず、期間の終了にあたって自動的に有料プランへ移行することもありません。
4. 有料プラン
トライアル期間終了後も全機能を利用するには、以下いずれかのプランを購入する必要があります。価格は購入画面および App Store に表示される金額が適用され、地域によって異なります。
- 月額プラン — 1か月ごとの自動更新
- 年額プラン — 1年ごとの自動更新
- 買い切り — 一度のお支払い。自動更新はありません
4-1. 自動更新について
- 月額プランおよび年額プランは自動更新される定期購読です。お支払いは購入時に利用者の Apple ID アカウント（Android の場合は Google アカウント）に請求されます。
- 現在の期間が終了する24時間以上前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、購読は自動的に更新され、同額が請求されます。
- 更新の料金は、現在の期間の終了前24時間以内に請求されます。
- 購読の管理および自動更新の解除は、購入後に端末の設定（App Store アカウント設定 / Google Play の定期購入）から行えます。アプリ内の設定画面からも同じ管理画面を開けます。
- 購読期間の途中で解約した場合、残り期間の日割り返金は行われません。期間終了まで機能を利用できます。
4-2. プランの変更
月額プランと年額プランは同一の購読グループに属するため、アプリ内でプランを切り替えると、ストア側で自動的に旧プランの請求が停止され新プランへ移行します。買い切りを購入した場合、自動更新中の定期購読が残っていると二重に請求されるため、本アプリは購入完了後にストアの購読管理画面へ案内します。買い切りの購入後は、必ず定期購読の自動更新を解除してください。
5. 返金
お支払いは Apple または Google が処理するため、返金の可否は各ストアの規定に従います。開発者が直接返金を行うことはできません。返金の申請は App Store または Google Play にお問い合わせください。
6. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、無中断・無誤謬であることを保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用不能によって生じた損害（進捗データの消失を含みます）について、開発者は法令上許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。進捗データは端末内にのみ保存されるため、アプリ内のバックアップ機能を用いて定期的にデータを保存することを推奨します。
7. 規約の変更
開発者は本規約を変更する場合があります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲示した時点から効力を生じます。
8. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

1. License
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use StitchMap on your own devices for personal use. Copying, reverse-engineering, modifying, redistributing, or reselling the app is not permitted.
2. Pattern data and copyright
StitchMap is a tool for importing pattern PDFs you have legitimately obtained and tracking your progress on them. Copyright in each pattern belongs to its respective rights holder. You may only import patterns you have purchased or are otherwise entitled to use, and you may not use the app to distribute pattern data to others. The developer accepts no responsibility for the rights status of patterns you import.
3. Free trial
StitchMap offers a 7-day free trial beginning at first launch. This is an app-managed trial, not an App Store introductory offer. No charge occurs during the trial, and it does not automatically convert to a paid plan when it ends.
4. Paid plans
To continue using all features after the trial, purchase one of: a monthly auto-renewing subscription, a yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are those shown in the app and on the App Store and vary by region.
4-1. Auto-renewal
- Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (or Google account on Android) at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's App Store account settings or Google Play subscriptions. The app's settings screen opens the same management page.
- Cancelling mid-period does not produce a pro-rated refund; access continues until the period ends.
4-2. Changing plans
The monthly and yearly plans share one subscription group, so switching between them in the app causes the store to stop billing the old plan automatically. If you buy the lifetime option while an auto-renewing subscription is still active, you would be billed twice — the app therefore directs you to the store's subscription management screen after purchase. Be sure to turn off auto-renewal after buying the lifetime option.
5. Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are governed by those stores' policies. The developer cannot issue refunds directly. Please contact the App Store or Google Play.
6. Disclaimer
StitchMap is provided "as is". The developer does not warrant that it will meet your particular requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law accepts no liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including loss of progress data. Because progress is stored only on your device, we recommend using the in-app backup feature regularly.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Japan.
